Prof. Charlotte Williams wins the Royal Society Armourers & Brasiers' Company Prize

Our Director Prof. Charlotte Williams has won the Royal Society Armourers & Brasiers' Company Prize for 2026.

She was given the prize for her "innovative materials science for sustainable oxygenated polymers as plastics, thermoplastic elastomers, ionomers and polyelectrolyte binders."

The Royal Society Armourers & Brasiers' Company Prize is awarded for research in functional or structural materials where the research is clearly motivated by use of these materials.
