Ollie graduated with a First Class Master of Chemistry from Cardiff University in 2018, his project focused on Powder XRD studies of co-crystal formation and transient polymorph isolation. Following a year exploring New Zealand, Ollie began working as a Physical Sciences Laboratory Technician for the Research Complex at Harwell in 2020, before his appointment as Laboratory Manager for the UK Catalysis Hub in 2023.
